• Weekend festival wristbands are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• "A Night With Our Stars", "Castle, King & Coast" and "Elvis Extravaganza" tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable..

• In the event of a "no-show" or disinclination to travel, weekend wristbands and add-on tickets will not be issued a refund. 

• All information is correct at this time. However, venues, artists, and times are subject to change at the discretion of Festival Management.

• We are not responsible for accommodation or travel arrangements. If the festival takes place, we will not issue any refunds due to accommodation or travel changes/cancellations.

• One wristband will be issued per person by a member of staff. A wristband cannot be taken away to "give" to a member of your party. In the event of a wristband breaking or not fitting, you must bring the original wristband with you for a replacement. 

• To guarantee group/party seating at the Benidorm Palace you must all be under the same booking with the same reference number. We will only accept one payment for each booking.

• We have a no tolerance policy for any type of discrimination or aggression towards any other person. We reserve the right to cut off your wristband and ban you from any future festival. 

• Melia: All Inclusive Rule
  The bars in the afternoon or La Torreta in The Melia will not be included in your All Inclusive Holiday. The bars are independent and La Torreta is a private hire function room. There will be at least one bar at The Melia serving All Inclusive drinks at all times. No drinks can be brought into La Torreta. These are The Hotel Melia Policies.
