How will I receive my tickets/wristbands once I've paid?
You will recieve a confirmation email with a Booking Reference Number. The Reference Number is proof of purchase so keep it safe. Either print it off or screen shot it. We will need to see your Reference Number at our registration desk in the foyer of The Melia Hotel. In exchange, you will recieve your wristband(s)/ticket(s)
What's the difference between VIP and Regular Wristbands?
Both wristband types allow access into all venues at a first come first serve basis. Your VIP wristband ensures priority entry 15 minutes before Regular Wristband holders so you can grab your favourite seats. The best seats in the Benidorm Palace are reserved for VIP Wristband holders only.
Do my wristbands include accommodation or flights?
No. However, Round Town Travel have Mighty Memphis Packages.
Do you sell day tickets?
No. We only sell Weekend Wristbands or tickets for The Elvis Extravaganza at The Benidorm Palace. There are also Add-On Events which can be booked separately. See our Tickets & Prices page for more info.
How can I pay?
Send a booking enquiry by clicking here or email elvisinbenidorm@outlook.com. We accept Bank Transfers and Cheques. Round Town Travel accept online card payments. Click here to book with Round Town Travel.
Where is the nearest airport?
Alicante Airport is 45 minutes from Benidorm. Valencia Airports is 1 hour 20 minutes away. For transfers book here.
Is the Benidorm Palace Elvis Extravaganza included with our wristbands?
Yes!
Is the Thursday night show "A Night With Our Stars" included?
No. It is an Add-on Event. Click here for more information about all of our Add-on Events.
Who will be performing at this year's Fiesta?

Where is the Fiesta held?
The Fiesta is centred around the Rincon area of Benidorm and The Melia Benidorm Hotel. See our Location & Venues page.
Where is the nearest taxi rank?
There are several taxi ranks around Benidorm. The closest is situated opposite the Rock & Roll House, less than 1 minute's walk from The Melia.
Do I have to stay at The Melia?
Absolutely not! There are various types of accommodation available in Benidorm. However, we do recommend staying in the Rincon area where all the action takes place! Book accomodation with Round Town Travel here.
